I have a 5 month old who is co-sleeping, and we're having trouble getting him to sleep regularly at night. We're looking at options for earlier and more consistent bed-times, and to move him to his own bed in his own room. Having read your story (saga) gives me hope. We're not ready for 'extinction' yet, but if we get there I can have faith that it will work ... even if it takes 10 days!!
